Job Description
As an intern in Solenis' Logistics and Supply Chain department, you will:
- Assist in planning and executing logistics strategies to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to coordinate transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities.
- Identify the organization’s purchasing needs and place purchase orders for imports based on projected demand and sales requirements.
- Build relationships with suppliers, negotiating for the best quantities and delivery timescales.
- Participate in planning projects to optimize logistics and supply chain processes.
- Communicate stock shortages to the business promptly.

Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for the internship, candidates must:
- Provide a letter from their university or college requiring the completion of a Work Integrated Learning term before qualification can be conferred.
- Be a South African citizen with a valid South African ID document.
- Be between the ages of 18 and 30.
- Be currently unemployed.
- Have no criminal record.
